Gift Certificate Terms of Use
The abbreviation LLP referred to within means Nicole Chapman (nee Seeney) or Lavender Lane Photography ABN 11 870 967 522.
These Terms of Use apply to all Gift Certificates issued by LLP on or after 1 March 2020. By continuing to proceed with the purchase, redemption or attempted redemption of an LLP Gift Certificate, you accept these Terms of Use and agree to the below.
Redemption
1. With the exception for the Exclusions listed below (clauses 3 and 4), an LLP Gift Certificate may be used in the amount specified, towards any of our photography packages.
2. All advertised prices are subject to change at any time, without notice to any person including the Recipient of an LLP Gift Certificate.
Exclusions
3. An LLP Gift Certificate may not be used in conjunction with any:
a. Promotion;
b. Special;
c. Discount;
d. Mini session; or
e. LLP Gift Certificate.
4. An LLP Gift Certificate may not be used:
a. to upgrade a package previously purchased;
b. owards hair and makeup services; or
c. towards an existing Invoice / booking.
5. An LLP Gift Certificate must be used within the specified expiry date.
6. An LLP Gift Certificate cannot be transferred to cash or refunded.
Expiry, Cancellation or Re-Issue of an LLP Gift Certificate
7. An LLP Gift Certificate must be used within the specified expiry date.
8. It is the responsibility of the LLP Gift Certificate Recipient to register their Gift Certificate and to use it before it expires.
9. If you are unable to use your LLP Gift Certificate within the expiry date, you may transfer it to another family member, however this must be communicated in writing to LLP.

Lost or Stolen Gift Certificates
11. LLP take no responsibility for errors in contact details provided to us when purchasing or registering the LLP Gift Certificate.
12. LLP take no responsibility or liability for the loss, theft or illegibility of any LLP Gift Certificate.
13. In the event of suspected fraud relating to any LLP Gift Certificates, LLP will notify the Queensland Police Service and reserves all rights to close your account and/or require a different form of payment for LLP services and products.
Intellectual Property
14. By booking a photography session and purchasing a package or product, you acknowledge on behalf of all participants, that LLP owns the copyright to all images created.
