Maternity photography is always a special experience, but there’s something incredibly magical about capturing it during a sunset on the beach. Recently, Nicole, one of our talented maternity photographers at Lavender Lane Photography, had the honor of photographing Pamela and her husband Jose as they eagerly await the arrival of their first child.
Pamela and Jose’s maternity photoshoot took place on a beautiful sunny day at Bribie Beach. With the golden light shimmering over the gentle waves, it was the perfect backdrop for celebrating the joy of new life. Jose, with his infectious sense of humor, kept everyone laughing throughout the session, bringing an extra layer of warmth and fun to this unforgettable day.
The Pink Tulle Robe Dress on the Grassy Hill
We started the maternity photo session in the soft, grassy hills just beside the beach. Pamela wore a stunning pink tulle robe dress, which beautifully accentuated her baby bump. The layers of delicate tulle flowed gracefully in the breeze, and Nicole captured some truly breathtaking shots of Pamela surrounded by nature’s beauty. The grassy hill provided an ideal location for creating soft and dreamy maternity photos.

Next, Pamela changed into the golden glitter Voile dress. This dress shimmered in the sunlight, making Pamela look like a glowing goddess along the sandy shores. For the final look, Pamela wore the lacy Emundi robe, and we took full advantage of the golden light just before sunset. This part of the maternity photoshoot was particularly captivating, as Nicole captured both close-up and wide shots of Pamela standing near—and even stepping into—the gentle water. The way the light kissed the lace of the robe created a truly ethereal feel. The intimate, water-side images of Pamela captured the pure beauty and serenity of this special time in her life.
