1 November 2021 marks Lavender Lane Photography’s fifth birthday! It’s been an unreal ride for Nicole with loads of lows and doubts but also a tonne of highs. She started LLP from her modest little house in Boondall which she ran solo for the first few years. Bit by bit, she has extended her team which now consists of 6 incredible women and a beautiful retail studio at Chermside West. Nicole and her team have had the honour of photographing THOUSANDS of families over the last 5 years. Not only that, but Nicole has won some photography awards and most recently been a finalist in Aus Mumpreneur Awards.
To celebrate, LLP has teamed up with some amazing local businesses and they are doing a HUGE giveaway. It’s super easy to enter, all you have to do is enter your details below, agree to the Terms and Conditions and click SUBMIT!
Entries will close at 10pm on Monday 15 November 2021. From that point each of the businesses will make their way through the entries to pick the lucky winners!

The name Funkateers, referred to within this document means The trustee for J and C Discretionary Family Trust trading as Funkateers ABN 83 150 801 311.
The Competition
1. The Competition means the competition run and launched by LLP, EE, AS, HMS and Funkateers and their volunteers and staff (the Businesses).
2. I/we agree that when agreeing to these Competition Terms and Conditions that I/we consent to the Businesses:
a) having and keeping my contact information.
b) contacting me from time to time on the provided contact information.
c) sending me marketing or advertising material relevant to their business.

General Terms and Conditions
12. I/we understand and agree that the Businesses may, at their discretion, choose any entrant as a prize winner.
13. I/we understand and agree that the Businesses have determined the expiry date for each of the prizes, and that it is my/our sole responsibility to claim or use my prize within the determined expiry date.
14. I/we understand and agree that the Prizes are not transferrable to cash.
15. I/we understand and agree to wholly and fully indemnify the Businesses from any loss or injury sustained in the direct or indirection connection with the redemption of the Prizes including but not limited to while being present on the Businesses premises, or on another location while redeeming the Prizes.
16. I/we understand and agree that in the event of any legal proceedings relating to this Contract, the Businesses or the Prizes, that the Businesses may recover their legal costs from the Entrant, on a full indemnity basis
