We met with Cecilia, Nick, and their radiant two-year-old daughter Eleanor to celebrate her birthday, and we left with full hearts and the honour of capturing a beautiful new chapter in their story. This session wasn’t just about balloons and birthday giggles—though we had plenty of those. It was also about a tiny, growing secret the family had been keeping. Eleanor turned two surrounded by sun-drenched fields, wildflowers swaying in the breeze, and the kind of light that photographers dream of. Halfway through the session, we paused to let Eleanor play while Cecilia and Nick stepped aside for a few photos together.
